In this course, we will analyse historical and modern maps. We will get to know cartographic methods that can be used to depict non-visual aspects and backgrounds of architecture. As an exercise, we will depict selected buildings in their wider context. We will use mapping as a visual tool to reveal, analyse and critique connections to the environment and society.
